Refund policy

Returns

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Please email us at juzoorlevant@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, and send the item back within 14 days of telling us.

 

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in their original condition.

 

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. If the item you received is damaged or incorrect, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will cover the return shipping.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or piece, return your order within the return window and place a new order.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the item price to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping costs are not refunded unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
