How do I place an order?

Browse our collections, select your item, choose your size, and proceed to checkout. It's that simple. If you need any help along the way, email us at juzoorlevant@gmail.com.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible at juzoorlevant@gmail.com if you need to make a change. We'll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been dispatched.

I haven't received an order confirmation email. What should I do?

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, contact us at juzoorlevant@gmail.com with your name and we'll look into it.

Shipping

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes — we ship to most countries around the world. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Local orders within Lebanon are typically delivered within 1–3 business days. International delivery times vary by destination and are estimated at checkout.

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How do I start a return?

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes. If you'd like a different size or item, get in touch at juzoorlevant@gmail.com and we'll do our best to arrange an exchange subject to availability.

Who covers return shipping costs?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or faulty.

What materials are your pieces made from?

We use natural fibres including wool, cotton, and linen blends. Full material details are listed on each product page.

How should I care for my Juzoor Levant pieces?

Care instructions are included on the label of each garment. As a general rule, we recommend gentle hand washing or a delicate machine cycle in cold water for most pieces.

Do you restock sold-out items?

We work in small batches, so restocks are not always guaranteed. If you're interested in a sold-out piece, email us at juzoorlevant@gmail.com and we'll let you know if a restock is planned.
